Responsibly Sourced Beans
We partner with growers who prioritize land, people and flavor in every harvest.
Our story
Oiyo was born from slow mornings, quiet intentions and a love for the small things that ground us. We create moments of presence through thoughtful ingredients, time-honored rituals and warm, welcoming spaces.

We partner with growers who prioritize land, people and flavor in every harvest.

Stone-milled for purity and depth. Never rushed, never compromised.

Silky, clean and crafted to complement every sip, never compete with it.

Made in small batches with real ingredients and a whole lot of care.
We seek out ingredients that are honest, seasonal and sustainably grown.
Beans are roasted in small batches to bring out their truest character.
Each drink is prepared with intention, honoring time and temperature.
Thoughtful moments, made to be enjoyed together.
Seven slow years
Two friends, one copper kettle and a cart at the Saturday market. We sold out of pour-overs by ten.
In a quiet year we baked for our street and handed out jars of sourdough starter. Its grandchildren still bake every loaf.
Eighteen seats, one window bar and a promise: no one is ever rushed out.
We began roasting with a small partner across the river, three mornings a week, twelve kilos at a time.
We opened onto the courtyard: plants, long tables and room for gatherings and Garden Suppers.
Latte Art Saturdays, matcha ceremonies and home brewing classes. The ritual travels home with you.
We believe the best moments aren’t rushed. They’re crafted with care, shared with others, and remembered.
We’re a small team of dreamers, doers and detail-lovers, united by a passion for ritual and community. Bakers who start at four, baristas who remember your order, and a chef who forages on weekends.
